TT.JAVA - TURKISH TELECOM BILL PAYMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE

General Summary and Specifications :

Authorized banks(members) , collect the bill payments instead of "Turkish Telecom Corporation.(will be mentioned as TT)" and pay it to the TT offices's accounts a few days later that in their value dates.

TT Payment Protocol is defined by the OPC(Turkish Telecom's Information Technology department). Certification&Acceptance tests of TT Payments softwares also done by the same department.

There are two data transfer method for bill payments:

The on-line interface supports the transmission of the messages between OPC and the member such as enquiries.

Transfer of data through file transfer, used for automatic bill payments.

The on-line messages are based upon the ISO8583 standard.

The Transactions that are used in TT on line payment system are:
• LOGON
• PREPAYMENT ENQUIRY
• PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
• PAYMENT CANCELLATION
• RECONCILATION
• LOGOFF

In addition to all transactions and sub transactions of TT-Payment system, statistical reports and inquiries are supplied in TT.JAVA for all of them.

There is two types of lists for the bill payments.

Detailed Lists that is given to customer.

Detailed Lists that is transfered to OPC.
