TAX OFFICE OPERATIONS

Authorized banks, collect the taxes instead of tax offices and pay it to the tax offices at defined days for example:

Payment to Bank Payment to MOF(Ministry Of Finance)

Tax offices, their codes, their account numbers and their account numbers in the MOF (Ministry Of Finance) updated from the this menu. The operations that can be done from this menu are: Entry, Modification and Cancellation.

TAX PAYERS OPERATIONS

Informations of tax payers are transferred from the MOF (Ministry Of Finance). Also new tax payer definitions, information entries ,modifications and cancellations can be done from this menu.

TAX PAYMENT MENU

Tax Payments Protocols is defined by the Ministry Of Finance. Tax Payment applications are applied according to business rules defined by the MOF (Ministry Of Finance).
Payment protocol consist of Entry,Modification,Cancellation functions. Certain amount of the taxes are verified by the authorized users.

TAX PAYMENT VERIFICATION

This menu is used to verify the payments which amount are larger than the defined limits. One of the printer output is given to the tax payer and other copy is taken by the bank.

Tax Payments details can be inquired and viewed from this menu according to date, amount, tax office, tax payer criterias.

TAX PAYMENTS LISTS

There are three types of lists for the tax payments.
• Detailed Lists that is given to customer.
• Detailed Lists that is transfered to tax offices.
• Summarized Lists that consists of summarized informs of the payments.

EBTIS DATA TRANSFER

All the tax payment are transfered to MOF (Ministry Of Finance) by bye program named "EBTIS". This software is supplied by the Information Technology department of the Ministry Of Finance. "EBTIS" is installed on a PC that have a modem that is dialing up the MOF (Ministry Of Finance).

TAX/400 product of the Global Bili?im, transfers the payment file from AS/400 to that PC from a menu operation. Then this file uploaded to web site of the Ministry Of Finance. Also new tax payer's and tax office's informations downloaded from this web site and transferred to AS/400.

TAX PAYMENTS WITH THE EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Tax Payment are transfered automatically to the Tax Offices accounts at the MOF (Ministry Of Finance) by the EFT system.

TAX PAYMENTS CASH FLOW

By this menu Treasury Department follow-up the cash flows via tax payments.
