Our SWIFT solution SKAY.JAVA offers our customers to make the international money transfers by using their own banking systems and menus. SKAY.JAVA provides online connection between banking mainframes and the international SWIFT system using SAA/SAE.

SKAY.JAVA is apparently very similar to SWIFT Alliance Systems. The user habits are taken into consideration prudently and therefore the usability is enhanced properly. SKAY.JAVA provides compact, helpful and fast entry menus for its users.
General Summary and Specification :

All incoming message types and 105 Outgoing message types (MT1XX, MT2XX, MT3XX, MT5XX,MT4XX, MT7XX, MT9XX) are supported by Global Bilisim's SKAY.JAVA User Interface software. The other types MT6XX , MT8XX, can be defined dynamically through the interface and checked by Rule and Check Engines of the SKAY software.

SAE, SAA and other End-User products such as MERVA and ST400 perform Syntax, Text Validation and Semantics checks only and do not execute any Code Word or Network Validation Validation checks. These tasks are delegated to the large competent software of SWIFT s.c.r.l in Belgium.(i.e. by SWIFT Network)

Almost all of the NAK reason codes are those of the Code Words and Network Validation Error Codes.

There are Code Words and Codes, Qualifier, Text Validation Rules, Interpreted Text , Validation Rules, Semantics Rules, Interpreted Semantics Rules, Network Validation Rules, Interpreted Network Validation Rules in SWIFT-NET.

SKAY performs all the necessary checks for the user. A user has no chance of making a mistake related with the rules.

SKAY provides support for 2 different languages (English and Turkish) for message entries.

SKAY.JAVA product including Swift User and Gateway Interfaces will be founded on SKAY Open Server and connected to SAE(Swift Alliance Entry) or SAA(Swift Alliance Access).

Creates the messages dynamically with considering all the alternative field options.
Is user friendly and communicative.
Enables the user to complete any message with minimum keyboard usage
Makes all Date, Time, Bic Codes, Code Words, Codes, Qualifiers visible to the user on the screen.

Swift Code Words, Codes, Qualifiers Check Engine
Stores the available Code Words, Codes, Quali-fiers in SWIFT system and applies the essential checks in or-der to avoid "NAK" conditions.

Swift Text Validation Engine
Stores all current character sets for text validation, supports language-dependent syntax, for example in the case of Turkish characters.
Treats special characters like ":" "-" for every field differently.

Swift Syntax & Semantics Check Engine
Like SAE and SAA, initiates syntactic checks to avoid the "ALNK" conditions.

Swift Message Language Support Engine
Provides support for 2 languages. The message labels, fields and rules are set with respect to the user preferences. The currently supported languages include Turkish and English.

Routing Mechanism
Administers the routing of the incoming messages to the branches.
Is available with both automatic ad manual management options. Forwards the rejected; possibly invalid messages to the Backoffice
Department with the explanations for refusal.
