User Interface and Modules :

OUTGOING SWIFT MESSAGE ENTRY MENU

Message entry is done from this menu, all the rule checks(Syntax,semantics,code words,text validations) done by entry module. Messages can be created from the templates that saved from the previous entries. Receiving BIC, Sending BIC, Currencies, BKE checks… verified from these menu. If a message is rejected (NAK Negative Acknowledgement) by the SWIFT s.c.r.l Belgium; this message automatically fall back this menu to be corrected and sended again.

OUTGOING SWIFT MESSAGE VERIFICATION MENU

Message verification is done from this menu, a message is can not be verified by the same user that makes the entry of this messages. In verification menu, message amount,curreny and value date are not shown. Because this values must be verified from the instruction of the message that signed the customer.

OUTGOING SWIFT MESSAGE RELEASE MENU

Message release process is done from this menu. This menu is used by the Backoffice or Operation Department. This is the last process for the outgoing message.

INCOMING SWIFT MESSAGES ROUTING ENTRY MENU

This is the first menu that all the incoming messages processed. If the bank has only one BIC address then all messages come to this BIC address and routed from this menu to related branches.

INCOMING SWIFT MESSAGE ENTRY MENU

Acceptance/Owning of the messages are done by this menu. If the message is not belongs to this branch then user can send it back to the "Incoming Routing Menu". If it is okey then it send

INCOMING SWIFT MESSAGE VERIFICATION MENU

Veirfication of incoming messages are done by this menu. After the verification a print out is generated and sended to the system printer automatically and a unique number is generated for this message.

SWIFT MESSAGE OBSERVATION MENU

All the Incoming and Outgoing messages are followed up from this menu. Status of the messages can be observed and inquired, ENTRY/VERIFICATION/RELEASE times and users can be viewed from this menu.

SWIFT BIC VIEW AND UPDATE MENU

BIC(Bank Identification Code) changes are made from this menu.

SWIFT BKE VIEW AND UPDATE MENU

BKE (Bilateral Key Exchange) changes are made from this menu.

GROUP DEFINITION MENU

Group/Profile of the SWIFT system are defined from this menu. Messages that can be used by this profile is defined from this menu.

USER DEFINITION MENU

Users of the SWIFT system are defined from this menu. Branch codes, Language support, Print authority and group/profile of the user defined from this menu.

MENU DEFINITION MENU

Menu definitions for the users are done by this menu.

SWIFT CURRENY DEFINITIONS MENU

Currencies that system allows are defined by this menu.

SWIFT DAILY OPERATION MODULE

Swift Operator can manage the Swift On-Line Interface from this menu.

Also Processes of SWIFT Integration Module(for Core Banking System) can be managed from this module.

SWIFT STATISTIC AND REPORT UTILITIES

User can do lots of inquiry about all the messages that has been processed by this system.

Count of messages, messages amounts, sum of them according to message types can be reported by this utility.
